Implement an open, transparent and consultative grievance management mechanism:
The Group will develop and implement a responsible grievance management mechanism at the local, national and international levels. The procedure will be transparent, open and collaborative; it will be made public and updated according to stakeholders’ comments and progress in addressing grievances raised.The Group commits to resolve all disputes and complaints in line with this policy which will be formally submitted through the above mentioned procedure.
